C&T Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology company based in Bắc Ninh, Vietnam. It is the company behind LeukemiPrediag, a measurement pipeline for clonal haematopoiesis (CH) — the common, often-incidental finding of an expanded blood cell clone in later life, only a small fraction of which ever progresses to overt disease.
Instead of stratifying carriers by gene identity alone, LeukemiPrediag measures clonal fitness — the exponential growth rate of a clone — at the level of the individual variant. Because clonal fitness is measurable in every carrier, not only in the small fraction who go on to progress, it offers a far richer signal than a binary progression label. The pipeline draws on harmonised longitudinal cohort data and NVIDIA BioNeMo's ESM-2 protein language model, and is led by founder Vũ Việt Trung.
